Back to Baker in February!!!

Most of our dances and all of our lessons September 2016 through January 2017 have been or will be at Pottawatomie Community Center, 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, IL.  See Map

All our dances and lessons from February through May 2017 will be at the newly renovated Baker Community Center, 101 South Second Street (Route 31), St. Charles, IL, which now has elevators and air conditioning in addition to a great wood floor!  This is just one block south of Route 64.

Free parking is available in the lot behind Baker, on the street, in the lot on the southwest corner of Walnut and Third Streets, and in the 4-story parking garage just across Rt 31 (just go east on Walnut to enter it).

Directions:  Route 64 is named North Avenue in much of the Chicagoland area, but not in St. Charles!  From Route 64, which is also called Main Street, go north on Route 25 (North 5th Avenue) a little less than half a mile to North Avenue.  Turn left on North Avenue.  Pottawatomie Community Center will be on your right just before you reach the Fox River.

Our dances on October 8 and December 31, 2016, were held at

Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle is just west of Bloomingdale - Roselle Road and just north of Lake Street (Route 20) in Roselle.

Dog Daze Our Dog Daze dance with Gary Shoemake calling and Howard Hoffman cuing was held at Trinity Lutheran in Roselle on October 8, 2016.  Rounds started at 8:00 pm, and squares were from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Our New Year's Eve Dance, December 31, 2016, hosted by Fox Valley Mixers, Yellowrockers, and Downers Grove Square Thrus, was also held at Trinity Lutheran in Roselle.  Rounds cued by Ron Ashenden began at 8:30 pm, and Jason Raleigh was the caller for squares from 9:30 pm to 12:30ish.
